Certified Assisted Living Administrator Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Minimum of 2 years as a (CALA) Certified Assisted Living Administrator or AIT
Must have an Active (CALA) Assisted Living Administrator Certificate in NJ
Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
Directly recruit, hire, train, and discipline managerial personnel.
Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the communities’ programs and activities in accordance with company standards and State guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate groups.
Ensures that the building, grounds, and property are maintained at the highest standard of excellence through preventative maintenance systems and programs.
On site executive for all operations, acting as contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies and the public.
Certified Assisted Living Administrator Schedules & Benefits:
Schedule: Full Time, Weekends and On-call as needed
