What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Caregiver - Night Shift position at Assisted Living Group Home?
Summary
As a Caregiver you will be instrumental in providing compassionate care and support to individuals who need assistance. Utilizing core skills in long-term care, personal care, and caregiving, you will assist residents with daily activities, medication administration, and behavior management. Your premium skills in first aid, Alzheimer's care, and working with individuals with disabilities will enhance the quality of care provided. Eligible for hire:
- High school Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience
- Experience in monitoring vital signs and recognizing changes in health status
- Knowledge of senior care and experience working with older adults
- Understanding of working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient approach to providing care
