Regional Director
Position Description:
The role of the Regional Director is to manage the branch(s) in their assigned regions and employees that they are responsible. This position involves growth strategy development, policy development, company direction planning, as well as building and management of our company culture. Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 annually (Plus incentive bonus potential)
Hours of Work Monday through Friday. Full-time Salaried position. Overtime exempt. Minimum of 40 hours / week.
Position Duties:
- Supervise and manage the care team in the region.
- Responsible for leveraging marketing, sales, operations, quality assurance, and recruiting resources to drive expansion and foster sustainable growth and profitability of the branch(s) in assigned regions.
- Responsible for managing the operational budget of the branch(s) in assigned regions.
- Hire, Manage, provide disciplinary, and performance improvement to client service managers, scheduling managers, administrative staff, caregivers, and other members of the care team for the branch(s) in assigned regions.
- Hold staff responsible for meeting and achieving all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) assigned to the specific job role.
- Take new referrals, meet prospective clients to discuss services as well as meet prospective caregivers.
- Assist with scheduling the best match with client and caregivers for new and existing cases and start new cases.
- Assist department by performing QA visits, care coordination, etc. as needed.
- Manage day to day operations to assure quality of service.
- Keep track of clients changes in service and condition (i.e.: hospitalizations, re-starts)
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to those whom you supervise.
- Perform and Communicate Performance Reviews to all whom you supervise.
- Assist and participate in company decision making and policy development and implementation.
- Complete special projects and assignments as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have previous office/management experience (preferably in Homecare or Healthcare).
- Judgment, Verbal Communication, Interviewing Skills, Listening Skills.
- Must have knowledge and experience in both CT and Federal Employment Law, Hiring, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure, Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment, Organization, OSHA Regulations, Workers Compensation, Anti-discrimination Laws.
- Internet Research are needed qualifications for this position.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Health Care, Business Administration or other related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience
