BI-LINGUAL PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED
Through the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders our homecare agency is a provider for the Adult Family Living / Foster Care program. We are seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to visit clients in the Windham/Tolland territories and provide support to the Foster Caregivers (typically family members) providing the care. This is a very gratifying job, meeting many people in the community, and working to create positive relationships with Foster Caregivers as they provide supportive services to their loved ones such as personal care, homemaking, chore, attendant services, and meal preparation. The job entails ensuring that the home environment is properly maintained and that the health and safety needs of participant are being met.

Job Requirements:
- A current Connecticut licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Prior experience as a Medical/Psych RN or LPN for home health care; preferred.
- Must have good computer skills
- Active driver's license
