Registered Nurse Director of Quality Improvement
Location: Shelton CT.
Available Shifts : Full Time 40 hours - Day shift, 7am-3pm
Masonicare at Bishop Wicke Health & Rehabilitation, a skilled Nursing and Rehab Community, providing relationship-centered care, is currently seeking Full Time RN Director of Quality Improvement to work on our Wesley Village campus located in Shelton, CT.
Summary:
Manages, facilitates, and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs and activities related to the Masonicare Performance Improvement program at Masonicare at Bishop Wicke.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement action plans
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide MDS support as needed
Skills Required:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Connecticut
- Experience in quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- MDS support as needed
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be willing to undergo a complete background check, including a pre-employment physical.
