Maintenance Director

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• performing cleaning activities such as mopping, shampooing and other floor care duties
• performing minor fixes such as repairing broken locks
• Install appliances and checking functionality of equipment. (i.e. fire alarm)
• Collaborate with other professionals during renovations
• Room reconditioning before and after resident move in/outs
• Maintain compliance with all local state and federal rules as they relate to preventative maintenance, fire safety and other facility maintenance issues
• Compliance with all local state and federal rules as they relate to maintenance, preventative maintenance, fire safety and other related facility maintenance issues.
• Implement and maintain an organized preventative maintenance plan required documentation, HVAC/PTAC units, floor care.
• Perform minor carpentry and masonry repairs, electrical repairs, plumbing and heating system repairs etc....

Requirements :

• High school diploma & minimum 1 year of Full Time experience in maintenance related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated caring attitude towards those in needs of care
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to works with others in a positive way and finding solutions to challenges.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
