- Hire on bonus is as follows:
- $500 at 90 days
- $500 after completion of a successful 180-day review

Required Education and Experience
Employee must be 18 years old or older
Must have a minimum of two professional and one personal reference.
Must be mentally/physically capable of doing his/her job, which may include working with clients who may be physically challenging and/or aggressive at times.
Employee must be able to act respectfully and professionally with all clients. Employees must be always treating each client with dignity and respect.
Must be willing and able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
Must be willing to complete/submit a Washington State Background Check Form with BCCU clearance
Requirements of the position may change at any time due to the nature of the clients with whom we work and interact.
Must be able to read, write and comprehend written instructions and policies set in place for clients positive support.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED diploma.
