Job Description:
AssistedCare Private Duty Nurses are responsible for providing direct patient care in the patient's home. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nurse program or registered nurse program
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- Current skilled nursing experience caring for medically fragile persons with chronic physical conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or Recent skilled nursing experience in PDN, home health, or acute care setting
