Duties

- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health status.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness in living areas to promote a hygienic environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
Skills
- Strong understanding of long-term care practices and memory care techniques.
