We at Assisting Hands Home Care Cave Creek are looking to add a full time Route/On-Call caregiver position, with 2 weeks of Paid Time Off, to our team!
We are looking for a driven, reliable, and experienced caregiver.
This is a position that guarantees 40 hours a week of pay, even if you are scheduled less than 40 hours. You will be responsible for working shifts up to 40 hours a week if those hours are assigned to you.
Schedule: 5 days to work each week during a 12 hour window. You will have assigned ongoing shifts, as well as being on call for last minute shifts during your assigned hours.
Client locations are typically in: North Phoenix, Anthem, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek.
Possible client needs: Bathing assist, personal care/hygiene, light housekeeping, light meal prep, transfer and ambulation assist
Requirements:
Pay rate for this position will depend on experience, but will range between 18.35 and 22.35.
You will eligible for 40 hours of sick time and two weeks of personal time off (PTO) annually, which will accrue based on the number of hours that you work.
Mileage using your vehicle while clocked in is paid at federal mileage rate.

- Reliable personal transportation you can provide transportation in
- Personal cell phone with access to data
- CPR certification
- TB test
- Caregiver Certification (does not need to be active/current)
- Previous Elderly Caregiving Experience
