The NKY Home Care Region Director position is a vitally important role for Assisting Hands and reports to the President of the company and is a member of the overall Leadership Team. This position is hands on and is responsible for growing and achieving the business goals within the Northern Kentucky market. Assisted by the larger Cincinnati main office and the local team, the Region Director is responsible for business development, identifying, enrolling and managing clients, caregiver recruitment and management. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to have the responsibility to manage a small business but still have the support of a larger organization.

Established locally in 2013, it has grown to be the largest Assisting Hands office nationally and has well over 200 employees. Known as the leading home care provider within Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, we provide high quality, private pay home care services with nurse oversight. The local office has received many accolades including “Top Producer” and “Leader in Excellence”

Key responsibilities of this position are:

1. Lead the Market Development and building of trusted referral sources within Northern Kentucky. This entails:

a. Visiting referral sources such as Hospitals, Assisted Living Communities, Rehab communities and Hospice organizations to build referral relationships

b. Attend networking events

c. Post on social media regarding health care topics

d. Meet and enroll

2. Care Management for Kentucky Clients: Assisted by our regional Care Management team, you will have responsibility for the delivery of services within Kentucky. This includes:

a. Performing client assessments

b. Managing the client relationships

c. Periodic visits to clients to check on quality of service delivery

3. Recruit and Training for Kentucky based caregivers. Conduct periodic ½ day training for caregivers to build the Kentucky based caregiver network.

4. Legal compliance and licensing renewal

5. Manage the dedicated Northern Kentucky team that performs client management and recruiting functions.

6. Participate in the Manager-On-Duty (MOD) rotation. This is a seven-person rotation of leaders who are accessible after hours to address critical client / caregiver issues that are elevated to them from the Care Coordination / Scheduling department.

Compensation for this position is a combination of base salary of $80 to $90k plus a 50% bonus potential based on business performance paid quarterly.

Qualifications: A person who has demonstrated leadership / sales / client service experienced with health care industry experience. Possibly a current manager or director level person from an Assisted Living Community, Home Health Care, CCRC or other experience where care for seniors was provided. Must currently live in Northern Kentucky

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
