Job Description

We are seeking for a full-time business developer, who has an entrepreneurial spirit, a go-getter, is caring, and can build trust-based relationships in "Southern part of Sarasota County area (Venice, Englewood, North Port). In this rewarding career, you will have the opportunity to utilize your interpersonal and customer service skills as well as your healthcare and social work expertise. Your responsibilities are actively building strong relationships with referral sources, payer sources, partners, customers, and patients while having a full support from your internal team and manager. We will give you the tools and training that you will need to be the best that you can be and be successful. In addition to a base salary, there will be commission, and you may be eligible for annual bonus.

Reporting to: President and Owner

As an Account Executive, Client Service you will:
 Grow Assisting Hands home care business by recognizing opportunities to
expand relationships with referral sources and partners, such as the hospital, medical and long-term care communities.
 Utilize strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
in order to interact and form relationships with clients, their family, key
partners and referral sources.
 Participate in the development of annual strategic plans and related
innovative programs.
 Work in a rapidly changing environment requiring multi-tasking, critical
thinking and creative problem solving.
 Assist in the identification and development of volume growth plans as well
as the implementing of identified initiatives.
 May conduct initial intakes and patient education about our services.
Monitoring the appropriateness of services for the client.
 Use excellent organizational tools requiring technical skills.
 Enjoy working in a unique and rewarding setting that allows you to use not
only your exceptional clinical and social background but also your
relationship building skills.

Required Qualifications:

Proven track records of professional and personal growth, in LTC/healthcare sales

A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, background screening (Level II) clearance, fully vaccinated for COVID, screened for TB

Must reside in Manatee County

Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

Case Management, Social Work background

Nursing background

Primary Location: Venice, FL (based from home, outside relationship building)
