Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide mobility assistance, including helping clients move around safely.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Assist with medications.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to perform all job needs.
- Experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license or I.D. and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a national background check.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
