```Duties```
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts and drive sales
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement
- Manage and allocate marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

```Skills```
- Strong knowledge of market research techniques and analysis
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
- Familiarity with HTML5 and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with performance marketing and optimizing conversion funnels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills to monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns
