RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you’ll be responsible for enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, personalized care while fostering meaningful relationships. You’ll provide essential support with daily activities, ensure a safe and comfortable environment, and collaborate with families and care teams to promote well-being and independence.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship, meaningful conversation, and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments.
- Offer medication reminders and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
- Monitor changes in client conditions and report concerns to the supervisor
