Your Responsibilities:
- Provide Care and Comfort – Assist clients with personal tasks like mobility, bathing, dressing, and toileting, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Support Client Independence – Help clients maintain their daily routines in a safe, comfortable home environment.
- Be a Companion – Build meaningful relationships through kindness, patience, and understanding, enriching clients’ daily lives.
- Monitor and Report – Observe clients’ conditions and communicate any changes or concerns to the office to ensure they receive the best care.
- Communicate with our Team – Collaborate with our office staff to coordinate personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs
Requirements:
- A valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and/or valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
- CPR certification (classroom-based)
- Proof of completion for required Florida trainings: HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer’s and Related Dementias, and Assistance with Self Administration of Medication
- Reliable transportation to client homes
- Strong communication skills and adaptability to meet diverse client needs
- Comfort working in clients' homes (pet friendly is preferred)
