Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver ready to make a real difference in someone's life? We're hiring! We need someone with the physical strength and ability to safely assist our clients, ensuring their well-being and dignity at all times. You must hold an active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New Jersey and be vaccinated for COVID-19.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Provide companionship to client.
Provide personal care, Incontinence care, assistance with activities of daily living.
Provide support for mobility, transfers, and positioning to client.
Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation.
Assist client with medication reminders.
Encourage and support client to maintain as much independence as possible.
Adhere to care plans crafted by the RN.
Maintain care-notes for accurate and timely records of care.
Adhere to infection control and safety policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must have active Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in New Jersey.
Must be fluent in the English language.
At least six months of proven experience in delivering personal care.
Updated physical examination and PPD (tuberculosis) test within past 12 months.
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
