Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Companion to provide support to our elderly and disabled clients in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Care Companion, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for by offering companionship, assistance with daily activities, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety
- Provide light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to office staff
- Assist with medication reminders and appointments
- Offer a comforting presence, listening to and engaging with clients to improve their social well-being
- Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in caregiving, nursing, or a related field (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before employment)
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Up to date TB test
- Background check required
