Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Support clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

Perform Light Housekeeping:
- Handle tasks such as laundry, dusting, and sweeping to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Meal Assistance:
- Aid in meal planning and preparation to ensure nutritional needs are met.

Medication Reminders:
- Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules.

Transportation and Accompaniment:
- Transport or accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings, enhancing their independence.

Provide Companionship:
- Offer emotional support and companionship to enrich clients' daily lives.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience.

ADL Knowledge:
- Proficiency in assisting clients with ADLs effectively.

Home Health Environment Experience:
- Previous experience working in home health environments or group homes is a plus.

Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and families.
