Assisting Hands is hiring reliable and trustworthy caregivers to help our clients SAT AND SUN either 4 - 8 - or 12 hour shifts available?
Serving the areas of Schaumburg/ Park Ridge and surrounding suburbs.
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Daily Living Activities:
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing and dressing.
- Medication Reminders:
- Help clients stay on track with their medication schedules.
- Meal Preparation:
- Plan and prepare meals to meet the nutritional needs of clients.
- Light Housekeeping:
- Perform tasks like dusting, sweeping, and laundry to maintain a tidy living space.
- Transportation:
- Provide transportation to medical appointments, run errands, or accompany clients on outings.
Please note that each client is unique, and individual ADLs may vary.
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and maintain appropriate patient confidentiality.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
- Driver's License
- Proof of Auto Insurance
- Reliable transportation.
