Generally, 8:30am- 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Hours of work will vary depending on the individual needs of the business. This position requires on-call and after-hours as needed.

- Schedule and perform Interviews and orientation.
- Prepare onboarding for new hires and collect credentials, background and reference checks required for new employee files.
- Assist with case scheduling by matching the right caregivers with the right clients, ensuring all cases are fully staffed. Arrange substitute coverage when needed and make sure both clients and caregivers are always communicated with promptly and professionally.
- Assist with new client follow-up, perform intakes as needed.
- Handle and resolve client and caregiver issues, problems and scheduling changes quickly and effectively.
- Maintain employee and client files, keeping them in compliance with state requirements.
- Work closely with the agency manager to ensure that hours and pay rates are correct for billing profitability and payroll accuracy.
- Provide on-call duties as scheduled.
- Provide in-home client care as needed.
- Additional duties as necessary.
- Two years of experience in staffing, HR or customer service is preferred.
- Previous caregiving experience required.
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation are required.
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
