Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in US. (Social Security Card, Passport, Driver’s License, Birth Certificate etc.)
- Certification of Completion from an approved 40 hour PCA class
- CNA license, if applicable
- PPD/TB test or Chest X-ray (less than 5 years) - (Willing to obtain within 60days of hire)
