This case will officially start January 1st 2025
Responsibilities:
- Help to maintain the client's physical and mental well-being
- Provide direct and indirect care to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Safely transfer and ambulate client
- Provide personal hygienic care
- Observe, report, and document client status
- Attend in-services for continuing education
- May perform other duties as assigned'
Must haves:
- Certificate of Completion from either a PCA or CNA class
- Valid Drivers License or State ID
- TB vaccination (Willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- CPR Certification (Willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Reliable transportation
