Job Responsibilities
- Mobility Support :
- Implement physical therapy exercises as recommended by healthcare professionals to promote recovery and improve strength.
- Personal Care :
- Ensure the client's comfort and dignity while maintaining hygiene standards.
- Nutritional Support :
- Assist with feeding if the client has difficulty eating independently.
- Emotional and Cognitive Support :
- Offer companionship and emotional support to help manage post-stroke depression or anxiety.
- Safety and Emergency Preparedness :
- Be prepared to respond promptly and appropriately in case of an emergency.

Assist with safe mobility practices, including the use of walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
Aid with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare and serve meals that meet dietary restrictions and nutritional needs.
Engage the client in cognitive activities to aid mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
Ensure the home environment is safe and accessible, minimizing fall risks and other hazards.
Qualifications and Skills
At least 1 year of experience caregiving
Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with the client and healthcare team.
A compassionate nature and the ability to remain patient and supportive through challenging situations.

Compensation : $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
