Accountabilities and Key Responsibilities :
Sales Performance to Budget
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and ensure alignment with budgeted revenue goals.
- Monitor sales metrics and take proactive measures to address any performance gaps.
Oversee and Mentor Client Executives
Manage and Coach the ACS Sales Process
Accurately Forecast Future Sales
Drive Overall Sales Growth
Ensure Sales Core Process Document is Continuously Updated
