Job Description

Janitor/Custodian needed for daily cleaning of condo common areas & assisting maintenance manager as needed.

Part-time; 20 to 25 hours per week.

$18 to $20 per hour based on experience & performance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, cleans, mop, scrub and dust floors.
• Clean common area bathroom
• Dust, clean and vacuum furniture, fixtures, doors, laundry machines & other equipment
• Empty trash & recycling bins
• Move recycling bin to & from street
• Transport & carry custodial supplies
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Demonstrated human relations and effective communication skills.
• Must speak English
  
  

Employee must be able to meet position’s responsibilities with or without an accommodation. This position involves working conditions that include ability to lift up to 40 pounds and may consistently require work involving lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects. This position may be required to use a 6 foot step ladder. This position may stand for sustained periods of time and/or walk for long distances.
