Compliance Coordinator
The Compliance Coordinator plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. This role also may administer architectural review process.

Job Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
- Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
- Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
- Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
- Receive owner architectural submittals.
- Review submittals for accuracy in accordance to the association architectural guidelines.
- Attend the architectural review meeting with the community manager.
- Follow up with any committee direction.
- Complete the meeting minutes and owner letters.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.
- Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
- Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
- Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
- Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
- 0 – 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
Licenses and Certifications
- Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to provide proof of a valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Working Conditions
- Typical office environment, occasional outside environment exposure while conducting compliance inspection.
