Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about the building, amenities, and local area, including directions and recommendations.
- Handle resident requests such as receiving packages, coordinating dry cleaning services, and making reservations for building amenities.
- Perform administrative and support tasks to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns to enhance the overall resident experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role preferred.
- Active work environment with frequent standing, walking, and interactions with residents and guests.
- Both indoor and outdoor responsibilities as needed.
- Availability for overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
