Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for listing properties, ensuring accuracy for the listing, and making regular updates to
- Working with photographers and videographers for listing media
- Maximize listing visibility in available software's, syndicates, and marketing channels
- Updating listing information in enterprise database
- Ensure all contractual obligations and service levels are maintained
- Regular client review and update on rental comparisons, pricing, conditions, and marketing
- Updating signage, lockboxes, and keys while ensuring property is market ready or being removed
- Periodic visits to homes and vacancy checks
- Showing of homes and occupant communication for showings
- Understanding and advising potential tenants of application, lease, and pet policies
- Works with team to identify systems, processes, and opportunities to improve and build
- Complete and submit monthly reports for pay and commissions by 15th of each month. Reports
- Works effectively with other team members, and management staff with a focus on client service
- May be asked to perform additional duties as needed to meet company objectives
- Maintains SC Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Act, and SC PM or RE License
- Some college or college graduate preferred
- Familiar with Gmail Suite, MS Office, Social Media Platforms, and easily adaptable to new technology and mobile applications
- SC Property Management, or Real Estate License preferred
- 1-3 yrs. prior experience in office administration, facilitation of vendor services, client relations, or property management
- Maintains SC Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Act, and SC PM or RE License
