The Dartmouth Group is hiring multiple part-time, seasonal, Pool Monitors for its community in Plymouth, MA
Daily responsibilities:
- Walk pool area and inspect for cleanliness.
- Pick up and clean debris, skim the pool, arrange the outdoor furniture.
- Conduct pool water testing as directed by the onsite CPO.
- Manage pool entrance.
- Meet and greet homeowners, visitors, and guests.
- Ensure homeowners, visitors, and guests sign in when the enter the pool area.
- Ensure safety. Be alert and watch people in the 5 foot pool and surrounding area.
- Assist with rescue if needed.
- Maintain pool rules.
- Close up and lock up pool area.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Professional customer service skills.
- Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
