- $60K
- 10% of first month’s rent on new accounts
- 10% lease fee for new 12 month leases
- 50% split on real estate sales
- Parking stall-downtown Honolulu
Outstanding management and customer service for long-term Rental Portfolio, Owners, and Tenants.
- Reports directly to the Principal Broker and/or Broker in Charge for all branch procedures.
- Assist Branch Manager/BIC and property manager to inspire small team on three islands in comfortable downtown Honolulu office setting.
- Business Development and maintain local relationships.
- AppFolio experience preferred.
- All aspects of leasing residential properties to include signing, setting up new accounts, marketing, showing, screening, inspections, lease renewals, rent collection, maintenance work orders, maintaining relationship and communication with owners and tenants, security deposit refunds and evictions.
- Heavy emphasis on maintenance and housekeeping work orders as well as inspect vendor’s completed work.
- Move in and move out inspections as well as mid-term inspections for tenant occupied units.
- Obtain and track estimate for renovations.
- Ability to work well with Rental Managers, Accounting Department, BIC, Operations Manager, and Principal Broker.
- Work with Oahu accounting team and corporate accounting to ensure efficient and successful rental accounting operation and the ability to analyze basic tenant and customer ledger for any payments, credits, ledgers, GET tax questions and processing security deposits when necessary.
- Ability to meet deadlines and the ability to multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular inter-island travel may be required.
- Reliable transportation and Driver’s License.
- Must have active Hawaii real estate license or broker’s license in good standing.
- Friendly and strong interpersonal and communication skills with aloha.
- Strong ability to investigate and resolve maintenance issues.
- Inventory furnished units.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and self-directed.
- Ability to provide outstanding client services for tenants, guests, and homeowners.
- Marketing and Business Development skills helpful with knowledge of Oahu and Big Island.
- Associate degree preferred but not required.
- 2 years industry or real estate knowledge preferred.
- Active Hawaii Real Estate License required.
Salary : $60,000
