Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in single-family residential property management or a related field.
- Prior HOA and/or condo management experience is required.
- 3 years of leadership experience with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to drive business growth and profitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
