Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative at ARI, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for promoting our extensive product line, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Actively prospect for new business opportunities and target industries.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
- Regularly update customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales, preferably in industrial or construction supplies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with ARI's product line is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
