What You Will Be Doing

As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide on-site technical support at manufacturing facilities, managing day-to-day hardware and software needs including computers, printers, scanners, switches, and access points while using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of experience as an IT Support Technician
• Extensive experience with provisioning and imaging devices
• Experience Active Directory, Intune, SNOW, and Autopilot would be ideal
