Lead Project Manager – Batch Migration

The Company

What You Will Be Doing

Responsible for supporting the infrastructure team in executing a comprehensive Data Center migration. This role involves leading the batch migrations initiative, overseeing the successful relocation of approximately 16,000 batch jobs. The individual will ensure all jobs are transitioned seamlessly, accounting for dependencies, schedules, and system integrations to minimize disruptions and maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of product or project development experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5 Years of Project Manager experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with Development teams, Enterprise Architecture, QA, Release Management and Infrastructure teams to resolve technical requirements
• Must have infrastructure experience preferably in the finance space
• Must have Batch Migration experience with both On-Prem and Cloud based Data Center migrations
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and AHA
• A results-driven personality with a strong ability to lead and drive projects to completion
