Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of telecom/wireless experience, with NOC shift management.
- Strong knowledge of 5G components, network architectures, and protocols (IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, etc.).
- Skilled in troubleshooting high-level technical issues with urgency.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and approaches.
