What are the responsibilities and job description for the Servicenow Engineer/Developer position at Associate Staffing?
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system administration, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
