Servicenow Engineer/Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform system administration, configuration, and maintenance tasks on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
