Loan Review Officer I - Indirect Auto

Responsible for conducting loan review analysis of a specific segment of loans (i.e. CRE, C&I, Specialized, Retail) in the bank's portfolio under direct supervision from Senior Loan Review officers. Responsible for evaluating compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies. Assess the condition and quality of individual credits based on financial, collateral, and documentation analysis, quantifying metrics such as : debt service capacity, leverage, liquidity, collateral coverage, guarantor support, etc. Determine the appropriate risk rating for Borrowers according to current Lending Policy and regulatory guidance. Compile and analyze data, creating and updating spreadsheets, and working on special projects as assigned. Promptly identify and report issues to Senior Loan Review Officers.

As a Loan Review Officer I, you will :

• Conduct loan review analysis / testing of loans in the bank's various portfolios, with a focus on Indirect Auto. The individual will be responsible for : Evaluating compliance with regulatory guidelines and bank policies; Assessing the condition and quality of individual credits based on financial, collateral, and documentation analysis; Determining the appropriate risk rating on accounts according to current Lending Policy.
• Compile data, creates and updates testing work papers which may include spreadsheets or software solutions. Must be able to identify and obtain relevant data. Analyzes compiled data to determine compliance with both bank and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and targeted risk assessments as directed by department management.
