As a Talent Acquisition Consultant Manager you will be responsible to successful implementation and execution of talent acquisition strategies and day-to-day leadership for Talent Acquisition Professionals. Assist in development, deployment and operational leadership of all Talent Acquisition initiatives.

This person will also :

• Manage a team Talent Acquisition Professionals responsible for the recruitment and hiring across all business lines.
• Advance and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy including talent brand, recruitment marketing, diversity and inclusion, technology, contingent / vendor management, Audit / Risk, candidate experience and process improvements.
• Analyze and present recruitment metrics to determine gaps, process improvements and quantifiable return on investment to business line leaders.
• Identify and evaluate talent acquisition trends, including market and economic conditions, and competitive landscapes to develop strategic sourcing plans.
• Mitigates talent acquisition team's risk and ensures compliance with all applicable internal and external employment laws and polices.
