As an IT Audit Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in performing risk-based audits and assessments related to IT Operations, Infrastructure, Information Security, and IT Governance. You will assist in evaluating internal controls, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills while working with experienced auditors and business teams.This person will:
• Assist in planning, scoping, and executing IT audit procedures under the guidance of senior auditors.
• Perform audit testing, including reviewing data, documenting processes, and analyzing internal controls.
• Support risk assessment efforts by gathering relevant information on IT systems, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Help identify areas for process improvements and efficiency within IT controls.
• Work closely with auditors, risk management teams, and business units to understand audit processes and key risk areas.
• Support coordination efforts for meetings, interviews, and data collection with stakeholders.
• Assist in managing the Centralized Issue Tracking (CIT) system to document and monitor audit findings.
• Help prepare audit reports and presentations for senior auditors and management.

Education:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, Required.
• Student in sophomore, junior, or senior year standing, Required.
Experience
Less than 2 years Entry Level, Preferred.
