ABC is looking for a receptionist to work in our corporate office located in Brigham City, Utah. ABC is an Industrial Contractor with large projects throughout the U.S.A. This position plays a significant role in coordinating communications and supporting all staff with various tasks.
HOURS: 7:00 – 3:30

STARTING WAGE: $15/hr

Qualifications
- Ideal candidate is organized, possess good time management skills, and exhibits professionalism in dress and language.
- Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proficient computer skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to work well with people.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask.
- Punctuality and reliability are imperative.
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently, as well as work well in our team environment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Ability to use a multi-line phone system for answering and transferring calls.
- Effective communication with both office and field personnel.
- Digital filing and organization within our network.
- Other duties as assigned – opportunity for growth.
