Working with clients in their own environment offers a greater chance to connect with community members who may not have the resources to travel to a clinic. Complete diagnostic assessments and develop custom treatment plans.Develop therapeutic relationships to establish personal recovery goals, rehabilitative goals, and objectives with clients.Collaborate and coordinate services with school staff, families or guardians of clients, case managers, and medical personnel.Requirements :
Master's or other graduate degrees in psychology, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related fields from an accredited college or universityOn track to be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Mental stability and ability to model appropriate boundaries.Timely, accurate submission of documentation of services and other documents as required.Valid driver's license and auto insurance, plus a willingness to travel within the Twin Cities metro area.What We Value :
