ACP is seeking a part-time or full-time DBT Provider to become a valued member of our expanding team of clinicians. In this role, you'll provide psychological services to a wide variety of clients within our adherent DBT program, including individual sessions and co-facilitating DBT groups. A flexible schedule and caseload are provided.With over four decades in the industry, ACP is widely recognized as a leader in addressing mental health concerns in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Responsibilities :

Lead DBT group sessions, turning each one into a masterclass of skill-building and support.
Support clients with individual therapy sessions focusing on honing your DBT expertise and fostering client growth.
Collaborate with our passionate, seasoned team.

Requirements :

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Current independent licensure from the State of MN (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP) OR on track for LICSW or LPCC licensure

Passionate about diving into DBT therapy with an eagerness to learn and grow. DBT experience preferred but not required.

Excellent communication skills and a knack for building rapport with clients.

Empathy, compassion, and a desire to make a positive impact.
