Additionally, the Director is accountable for the growth and development of the Security and Connectivity (S&C) division and acting as ACS’s Security Administrator.

Accountabilities And Key Responsibilities
Ensure Cybersecurity, Compliance, and Risk Mitigation
- Implement security policies and best practices to protect ACS and client environments.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and conduct regular security assessments.
- Proactively monitor threats and address vulnerabilities.
- Align IT security and connectivity initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify and implement technologies that enhance security and efficiency.
- Support both ACS and client needs through strategic IT planning.
- Establish and enforce data protection policies.
- Manage secure data storage, access, and transmission.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Help clients adopt advanced security and connectivity solutions.
- Improve client IT environments through automation and emerging technologies.
- Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity trends and risk mitigation.
- Build and lead a high-performing Security and Connectivity team.
- Drive process improvements and expand service offerings.
- Foster professional growth within the division.
- Manage security configurations, user access, and monitoring tools.
- Respond to security incidents and maintain compliance records.
- Keep ACS security controls up to date.
- Provide security and connectivity expertise to the sales team.
- Assist in client consultations and proposal development.
- Help position ACS security offerings as a value-add for clients.
- Maintain and improve the Security & Connectivity process documentation.
- Ensure team adherence to best practices.
- Regularly update procedures based on evolving technologies and threats.
- Manage the financial performance of the Security & Connectivity division.
- Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability to align with company financial goals.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth within the division.
- 10 years of experience in IT security, network connectivity, or related fields, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
- Hands-on experience with security monitoring tools.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA).
- Proficiency in network security, firewalls, encryption, and access management.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to lead with respect, take a dynamic approach to evolving security threats, show passion for cybersecurity excellence, and demonstrate leadership by mentoring teams and guiding clients.
- Experience supporting sales teams and driving security initiatives.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CEH.
