Requirements
- CURRENT DENTAL HYGIENIST LICENSE IN ARIZONA REQUIRED
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
- CPR certification.
