Office Assistant
Job Summary:
We are a growing dental company looking for a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in an assistant or customer service role and is looking to expand their skills in a dynamic environment. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, assisting customers, coordinating with doctors, packaging shipments, and managing billing-related duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service. (General knowledge of dental procedures is a plus)
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with doctors.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Perform billing and invoicing tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support general office tasks and help maintain a smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an assistant, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly phone manner.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of billing and invoicing procedures is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
