Commercial Assistant Project Manager
We are currently looking for the right people to expand this quickly growing Commercial Division! We need people with strong leadership skills to help guide and grow our field side. We need Team Players who work will with others, who can run multiple jobsites, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment. This position is for someone who wants to transition to Project Management. Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
· College Degree or 3-5 Years commercial Superintendent Experience Required
· Must be able to read and understand blueprints, and with the ability to lay out walls a plus.
· Basic Computer Skills/ Tablet Skills (Familiar with ProCore/ OST preferred)
· Spanish Skills a Plus!
· Crew Management Experience
· Time Management Skills. You will be running 4-5 projects of various sizes at a time
· Dedication to Safety
· Valid Driver's License

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
