We are currently seeking applicants for a Predictive Maintenance Specialist in the Asset Management department of our Power Production division located at the Thomas Hill facility in Clifton Hill, MO.
This position provides management with a timely and accurate assessment of the operating condition of plant equipment. This is accomplished through predictive maintenance (PdM) activities, such as vibration analysis, infrared analysis, lubrication analysis, ultrasound testing, ultrasonic testing, metal and paint analysis, generator flux testing, cable testing, motor testing analysis, motion amplification, management of PdM technology software and enterprise asset management (EAM) programs.
Primary Activities, Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements
- Collect and analyze PdM data on plant equipment prioritized by safety, production objectives, equipment criticality, or efficiency. Primary focus in vibration, ultrasound, ultrasonic, and lubrication.
- Provide actionable recommendations based on findings as necessary to the System Owner, department, or plant management.
- Write corrective work orders and interface with the Maintenance Planning department for managing those work orders.
- Create and manage reliability strategies. These reliability strategies include preventive maintenance (PM) techniques, PdM techniques, and operator rounds.
- Obtain, procure, and work with equipment vendors and outside contractors to accomplish PdM activities as required to maintain PdM program compliance.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum of two years related experience in the field of vibration analysis, ultrasound technologies, thermography, and lubrication analysis
- Demonstrate a solid understanding plant operation, project management, and economics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly convey information effectively
