Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our Financial Operations department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading change management initiatives and enhancing operational efficiencies through effective process improvement strategies. This position requires someone with a proven track record in systems migration and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Help lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the Financial Operations department to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and integration.
  • Facilitate systems migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with IT and functional departments to gather requirements, define project scopes, and design process solutions.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and enhance performance.
  • Prepare and present reports on progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives to senior management.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and specifications.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, with a focus on systems migration in a financial or operational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Proficient in using project management and process mapping tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with ERP systems or similar financial software.
  • Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a financial operations setting.
