Position Description :

The Financial Operations Router will be processing and monitoring incoming vendor invoices, identifying associated customers for the transactions, uploading, coding, and assigning those invoices to the Billing Team while engaging in an upbeat and professional work environment. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with employees who obtain strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Heavy review of incoming vendor invoices.
  • Identifying customer(s) associated with the vendor invoices.
  • Uploading and coding vendor invoices into a cloud-based distribution system for biller delivery.
  • Ensuring proper assignment of those vendor invoices to the assigned billers.
  • Communicating any issues with those vendor invoices that prevent the successful upload into our system.
  • Working as part of a team to ensure all items are loaded and registered in the system.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

    • Required Skills and Experience :

  • 1-year minimum office environment experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Motivated, self-starter.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Data entry experience.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Work well with team members inside and outside their department.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Desktop applications.
  • High level of understanding of basic mathematical computation and principles.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    • Recommended Experience :

  • Associate degree.
  • A background in aviation and / or petroleum distribution.
  • Invoice coding experience preferred.
  • Ability to speak and write in a second language
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 1 SUNDAY EVERY MONTH FROM HOME
